Elli, who graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Marketing, has over 7 years of experience being a licensed Real Estate Agent on the Jennings Real Estate Team. In that role, she represents both buyers and sellers, here in Central Iowa.

Shawn grew up in Decorah, IA and graduated from Iowa State University with a degree in Finance. During his time there, he worked as our team’s transaction coordinator for 3 years which inspired him to become a licensed Realtor® and join our team. He’s hard working, dedicated, and uses communication and collaboration to exceed expectations. He has developed a deep understanding of the real estate market and mortgage financing which helps him serve his buyers and sellers during their home buying/selling journey.

Jen's passion for the housing industry was sparked at an early age, thanks to her upbringing in a family construction business. Since entering the real estate field in 2010, she has earned multiple accolades, including the RE/MAX Executive Club Award and the 100% Club Award.

Jen's true calling lies in educating and assisting home buyers and sellers with their real estate journeys. She finds no greater reward than helping someone find a place to call 'home.' With experience in mortgage lending, property management, and collaborating with builders in new construction, Jen brings a wealth of knowledge to every transaction.
