Bill Jennings

Broker/Owner

Broker/Owner RE/MAX Real Estate Center
Team Leader of The Jennings Real Estate Team
Buyer and Listing Specialist

Homegrown in the state of Iowa and raised on a beautiful farm in Western Iowa, Ames became Bill's home over 20 years ago.  Upon graduating from Iowa State University, Bill began a career in teaching and coaching in a small community in Central Iowa.  Teaching high school science and serving as a coach for boys basketball was a tremendous opportunity that he will always cherish. This experience was a stepping stone to his passion for leading, motivating and mentoring friends and other agents in the RE/MAX office and across the state.

Bill's biggest accomplishment however, is being a father and husband to his wife and three children (Elli, Abby and Jake).  In addition to being a family man, you will find him working on the family farm, enjoying ISU Athletics, staying abreast in philosophy and psychology, working out, and traveling.

Bill's interest in investment property is what launched him into the Real Estate Profession. Success followed almost instantly as he discovered that he was well suited for this profession, quickly earning the RE/MAX Diamond Achievement Award in his early stages of selling real estate. Bill has worked every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers and investors both in the residential and commercial market. Bill believes being a people person, building relationships and understanding marketing is essentially the key to success!

Competitive by nature, Bill believes wholeheartedly that his work ethic and focus is second to none.  Thanks to his exceptionally loyal clientele, personal referrals and repeat business, Bill genuinely appreciates all who have given or referred his name and services to others!

Grateful to a phenomenal community (Go Cyclones!), Bill and Traci make sure new, present and future residents are welcomed in a way that has become customary for the Jennings Real Estate Team: "To impress you to the extent that you will refer us."
